WE ARE HIRING CASE WORKERS FOR TARGETED EARLIER INTERVENTION

**Employment Type:**Full-Time / Part-Time (Negotiable) **Salary:**SCHADS 2024 Level 4 (leave entitlements & option to salary package) Location: Lithgow NSW

****Essential Criteria

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Youth Work, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in case management or community-based support.
• Knowledge of TEI program objectives and outcomes framework.
• Ability to work with vulnerable families, children, and youth from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficient in using client management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable

• Experience working in regional or rural communities.
• Knowledge of local services in the Lithgow region.
• Understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice.
