Job Description
Based in the Strathfield area in Sydney's Inner West, our client is a long established, highly reputable community care organisation, servicing a local client base from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their wonderful team in the newly created position of Manager Care Services. Reporting directly to the COO, this is a key leadership position within a highly successful community care organisation.
**The Role
**With responsibility for managing care services strategy and delivery, your role will include:
- Defining care services and growth strategy in partnership with the executive team, across all aged and disability home care programs
- Leading service delivery with a focus on quality care, including implementation of best practice care methodologies to promote client wellbeing
- Managing the Care Partnership and Customer Care teams to deliver exceptional client service and achieve performance goals
- Ensuring compliance with required standards, regulations and legislation
- Driving business growth and supporting the business development cycle through effective client and partner engagement
- Managing relevant reporting, budgets and associated administrative requirements
****What You'll Need
****In order to succeed in this role, you will require the following:
- Well developed clinical knowledge relevant to the provision of care services
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in leading care services delivery within community care, or similar
- In-depth knowledge of key care programs and associated funding, e.g. NDIS, HCP, CHSP etc.
- Proven experience in service review and development, coordinating and delivering care, and case management
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- A focus on quality care delivery, continuous improvement and exceptional client service delivery
- Experience working within budget & service delivery parameters
- Current NSW Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
