The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, this newly created role focuses purely on developing and executing new business growth. You'll engage in hands-on activities to initiate meaningful connections with qualified prospects aligned to their business structure, supported with the necessary tools and administrative functions. You’ll be given the authority to shape the role while targeting client growth across Sydney's western and southern suburbs. The position offers remote flexibility with 50-70% of time spent meeting new and prospective clients, and the remainder working from their Western Sydney office or home.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and convert B2B and B2C growth opportunities in the NDIS sector
Develop and lead innovative business development strategies
Build relevant stakeholder referral networks
Represent the organisation / attend expos, forums and key industry events
Monitor and measure your KPI targets and report to leadership
Ensure alignment with NDIS practice standards, compliance obligations, and quality frameworks
About you
You thrive in a small boutique team and value representing an ethical business that is committed to delivering a high calibre service. Your extensive networks created over your time within the sector, perhaps from within the NDIS, SDA Accommodation, SIL, LAC or community services sector will be key to your success. You are high performing, driven and self-motivated to achieve targets, with an entrepreneurial spirit for identifying new opportunities.
Key Selection Criteria
Experienced in owning the entire sales cycle including planning, cold calling, client presentations, negotiation and closing new deals
Deep understanding of the NDIS framework, pricing arrangements, and participant journey
Self-starter with strong analytical, reporting, and planning skills
Passionate about inclusive and person-centred service delivery
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
NDIS Worker Screening Check, and completion of the NDIS Commission module
Current Australian Driver’s Licence
