About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Allianz Disability Support Services as a Business Development Manager – NDIS. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in the Modbury, SA 5092. You will play a key strategic role in expanding our services and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
What you'll be doing
1.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NDIS market 2.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NDIS participants, support coordinators, and other service providers 3.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Allianz Disability Support Services' services 4.
Prepare high-quality proposals and tender submissions to secure new business 5.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the seamless delivery of services to NDIS participants 6.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas 7.
Contribute to the development of the organisation's strategic plan and business objectives
What we're looking for

Proven experience in business development or sales within the disability services or NDIS sector 2.
Excellent understanding of the NDIS and its operational requirements 3.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills 4.
Ability to think strategically and identify new market opportunities 5.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 6.
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or disability services)
