About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Business Development and Partnerships, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities across NDIS participant referrals, support coordination networks, allied health professionals, and relevant stakeholders
Building strong, trusted relationships that reflect our values of sincerity, trust, and respect
Representing the organisation at sector events, forums, and meetings to increase brand visibility
Supporting the development and execution of outreach plans, referral strategies, and local area engagement
Maintaining accurate pipeline data and providing insights to inform business planning
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from referral to service delivery
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience in a business development, partnerships, or referral-based role in health, aged care, disability, or community services
A strong understanding of the NDIS and the needs of participants, support coordinators, and sector stakeholders
A values-driven approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable initiating contact and following up with potential referrers, community partners, and clients
Organised and goal-oriented, with a focus on quality and outcomes
Current driver's licence and ability to travel locally as needed
