Your work will focus on improving quality of life, capacity building, and reducing behaviours of concern through positive, person-centred strategies.
About the Role
Develop Functional Behaviour Assessments and Positive Behaviour Support Plans
Deliver services that are practical, strengths-based, and tailored to each person
Collaborate with families, carers, residential teams and other professionals
Monitor plan implementation and provide training/coaching to care staff
Support participants in building communication, independence, and wellbeing
About You
Suitable qualifications and registration to deliver Behaviour Support under the NDIS
Experience supporting children or people in complex care or community settings
Skilled in writing NDIS-compliant documentation
Confident working independently and managing a caseload
Strong communication and collaboration skills
