Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core or Proficient) Paediatric – Clinic & Community Based * Stream Healthcare is working with anot-for-profit organisationthat is looking for aCore or Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP)to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in thepaediatric space, with a nice balance of*in-clinic and community-based work.

About the role:

• Deliver functional behaviour assessments and develop positive behaviour support plans.
• Work directly with children, families, and support networks to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Provide services across both clinic and community settings (home, school, and local community).
• Be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team within an NGO environment.
• Support capacity building for families, carers, and educators. What the client is looking for:
• NDIS Practitioner ID
• Registration as a Core or Proficient BSPwith the NDIS Commission.
• Experience or genuine passion for working with children and young people.
• Based near, or willing to commute to South-East Melbourne
• Strong communication, collaboration, and report-writing skills. Why this role?
