The Role
We are looking for dedicated and client-focused AINs to join our friendly team!
Location: Allowah, Dundas Valley
Employment Type: Multiple opportunities available; full-time, part-time and casual positions.
Remuneration: $26.40-$28.12 per hour, dependent on experience*(Nursing Assistant 1st Year-3rd Year and thereafter, Nurses Award 2020)*+ casual loading for casual staff.
Here, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Participate in providing clinical care and personal care
Complete documentation and clinical handover
Expand your scope of clinical practice with support
Evaluate care and progress in consultation with your peers and the Registered Nurse
Engage with parents and carers as necessary to ensure all stakeholders are kept well-informed of the child or young persons’ wellbeing

Flexibility: Availability to work across the week
Enthusiasm: A compassionate and positive attitude
Teamwork: Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse groups and work in a multidisciplinary team
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions as required and modify tasks for optimal patient care
Time Management: Ability to prioritise responsibilities
Essential Criteria
A Certificate III Health Services Assistance or equivalent and/or enrolment in an accredited Bachelor of Nursing degree and/or other appropriate formal education and experience.
Working with Children Check
NDIS Workers Check
Police Check
DCJ Check
Desirable Criteria
Experience as an Assistant in Nursing
Experience working with children with complex medical needs and/or chronic illness
