What We’re Looking For

• Cert III or IV in Individual Support/Aged CareOR Bachelor of Nursing student (min. 160 hrs clinical placement, with 1 being Aged Care)
• 6+ months paid aged care experiencein Australia
• 2 contactable aged care clinical references (must be managers)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Triple COVID-19 vaccination + 2025 FLUVAX
• Current NSW Working With Children Check (essential)
• NDIS Workers Check (highly desirable)
• Must have full work rights in Australia– no sponsorship available
