About the role

Humanity Health Group is seeking an enthusiastic Allied Health Assistant to support our team of talented Speech Pathologists in Hobart TAS. This is a part-time or full-time position, offering a collaborative and rewarding environment where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

What you'll be doing

Assisting Speech Pathologists in the delivery of speech, language, communication, and swallowing therapy to clients of all ages

Preparing therapy materials and resources to support client sessions

Maintaining accurate client records and documentation

Coordinating client scheduling and appointments

Providing general administrative support to the Speech Pathology team

Participating in team meetings and professional development activities

What we're looking for

Completed studies in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification

Experience working in a healthcare or allied health setting, preferably with exposure to speech pathology

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families

Excellent organisational and time management skills

A genuine passion for supporting individuals with speech, language, and swallowing difficulties

Willingness to learn and continuously develop your skills
