Speech Pathologist – Full Time or Part Time

Location: Brisbane Northside (with paid travel every 4 weeks for full-time applicants) Reports to: Clinical Lead – Speech Pathology

The Opportunity

As our business continues to expand, we are inviting enthusiastic Speech Pathologists to join our Brisbane Northside team.

In this role, you’ll work as a mobile clinician supporting adults in Residential Aged Care facilities. You’ll report directly to your Clinical Lead, while collaborating closely with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Whether you are an experienced clinician or a motivated new graduate with a passion for aged care, this role offers the chance to make a real difference to the lives of older Australians.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a genuine passion for supporting older Australians with swallowing and communication needs

Can deliver training and education to Residential Aged Care Facility staff

Brings strong organisation and time-management skills to manage an independent caseload

Is an enthusiastic communicator, innovative thinker, and collaborative team member

Is motivated to grow with us and contribute to the future of Food Solutions

What You’ll Bring

Experience supporting adults with swallowing and communication difficulties (preferred)

New graduates are encouraged to apply – you’ll receive close support, shadowing, and supervision with our Clinical Leads and Senior Speech Pathologists

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Current QLD driver’s licence and own vehicle

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology

Certified Practising Speech Pathology Australia membership
